It’s a beautiful 3,7 acres estate located in Upper Normandy at about one hour from Paris by car or by train. It includes two parcels : the first one with 5 houses (3 of them are immediately habitable) on a closed landscaped park, the second one, with a boat-house on a closed ground giving access to the Seine (nautical sports). All the buildings are in a very good condition. Many opportunities. Price : 1 200 000 € or 819 000 £ UK or 1 500 000 $ US for the lands and the naked walls. You’ll find more details and many other photos including those of the parks and the boat-house on my website http://jef.blogspirit.com . Don’t hesitate to send me a mail : Jef0270@hotmail.com Details : The Press house It’s the oldest one (1753). It includes at the ground level a large room with the cider-press (1764) and its “applestone” and an another one with geology and mineralogy collections named “the museum”. At the first floor, the hall with its enormous fire place (big enough to roast a whool sheep !) may gather more than 30 persons round the monumental oak table. The Ferryman’s house The Ferryman’s house presents a frontage on street with half-timberings. With regard to the immediately habitable area, it’s the biggest house : 9 rooms + kitchen + bathroom + cellar + hothouse + terrace. Gaz central heating. It includes at the ground floor : kitchen opening on the terrace, living room, dining room with large fireplace, toilet, bathroom, and a study-room named “cabinet de curiosités de l’Honnête Homme” furnished with book-cases and windows. The dining-room and the study-room open on to the greenhouse. On the floor, a first staircase gives access to the yellow bedroom and the blue bedroom and another one leads to the linen room and, on the right hand, to an office and a bedroom. The Library house Except the entry, work of a local crafstman, this house is an old one which was taken into pieces in order to be rebuilt in this park. Its “queue de geai” and windows are typical of the Norman style. Apart from a kitchen and toilet, the Empire style library occupies almost all the ground floor of the house. At the first floor, there are a bedroom, a room of reading, bathroom and toilet. Two garages. Gaz central heating. A gallery, with botanical collections, allows to go sheltered from the rain and the cold from the Ferryman’s house to the Library house. The workshops This old Norman house was also rebuilt in the park. It includes a joinery and a botanical workshop. Its spacious entry can be used for parking cars for example. The Baker's oven house The Baker's oven house presents a beautiful calcareous stone and flint apparatus. The ground floor includes a kitchen and a dining room with fireplace. At the first floor, there are two bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.
