THE Beach House is located on Las Islitas Beach, IN THE STATE OF NAYARIT, ON MATACHEN BAY-RIVIERA NAYARIT.
The back third (aprox.) of this once tiny island is now attached to the beach (see photo below). We have ALMOST 21,000 sq. ft. of property. As you can tell by the google picture, our property is not square, but I am sure of the amount of square feet, as we have had it surveyed.

Our closest neighbor is a Canadian couple who bought and remodeled a house/restaurant just about a year and some months ago. They are aprox. one city block away.
