Rental Conditions
• 3 months deposit required
• Monthly, quarterly or yearly payment of rent as tenant prefers.
• 1 year lease contract minimum
• Tenant will be given choices in terms of renovations and furniture.
• Tenant must be a reliable western expatriate with a guarantee from his firm. Tenant acceptance
or refusal will be at the discretion of the landlord.
• Dogs and cats are welcome, anything bigger will require approval from landlord, Mongolian
horses are strongly discouraged, Yaks are forbidden.
