This lot is truly wild and undeveloped. At the top of a small hill the view is incredible. There are small sandy caves that comprise the beach at my lot. Or if you prefer walk over 50 yards to the beach owned by our community. As yet there are no inhabitants, and the area is totally tropical jungle, but all lots are sold and the owners are arriving to see what they paid for. The water drops off about a 100 yards out down to 300 feet or more. Here the whales of Tonga come to breed every year from June- August. So you will be able to watch this phenonem from your patio, up close!!! It is too close for me. I would be too afraid to go in the water. But lot owners swim there at the beach until whale season. Some Tongans swim with the whales!!! The area is very isolated with banana and papaya trees everywhere. |
