(THE TWO TOWERS NEXT TO ELITE ARE ONLY 49 FLOORS SO YOU HAVE 360° OPEN VIEWS) and in the 75th floor we have 4 units, which are 3 bedrooms penthouses and you have full sea and palm view from all these units.
We will try to negotiate with developer, and probably be able to get discount from the developer and change the price from AED 1,950/sqft to AED 1,388/sqft if you can pay 100% of payment cash :
